Steps to a Successful Employee Campaign

Plan the Campaign

1. Secure strong, visible support from the CEO and management for the campaign.

2. Recruit a team of committed employees to assist the coordinator.

3. Set a challenging goal for the campaign.

4. Develop plans for fun and informative campaign activities that get everyone's attention and

present the facts.

5. Plan a campaign that ensures every employee hears the facts and is given the opportunity

to contribute.

6. Manage the campaign process from kickoff to finale.

7. Thank everyone involved.

8. Report your results to United Way.
