2025 FUNDING APPLICATION

United Way in Carroll County is excited for the opportunity to invest in programs and services to support the Carroll County community. If your 501c3 organization is interested and eligible complete the application below. Applications are due by Friday January 2nd, 2026.  

Eligible organizations are: 

  • 501(c)(3) Health and Human Services Nonprofit Organization
  • Align with the Cradle to Career Commitment and Basic Foundational Needs
  • Located in Carroll County or serve Carroll County residents
  • Minimum Request $2000, Maximum Request $10,000

After successfully completed the application, you will be asked to submit the following documents: 

  • Board Roster
  • Most Recent Audited Financials Statements (if applicable)
  • IRS 990
  • Strategic Plan (if applicable)
  • Current Year Budget

The 2025 Application is Now Open. 

Applications are due January 2nd 2026.

Agency meetings will be scheduled in January 2026

Funding announcement will be sent out at the end of February 2026. 

To apply:

1. Click the link above and click sign up in the top left to create your account.

2. Once your account has been created navigate to Funding Programs at the top and click on Community Investment Fund – Carroll County.

3. Click Apply on the left.

4. Complete the application by navigating to each section using the side bar on the left-hand side. Be sure to click save at the bottom of each page and save often.

5. Once finished you can review your application and hit submit.

You can view in-progress or completed applications under the My Application section. If you are not able to find the application, make sure that the list view at the top left say All. In the attachment section, 5 attachments will be required to submit. If you do not have one of the “required” attachments, attach a word/pdf with a brief explanation on why you don’t have the required document.
